My CPP membership ID is IAD935440.
The call I received from CPP customer care executive was similar to the verification call I received from SBI since I received the call before even I got to know that my credit card is approved. So I thought this was a part of SBI's credit card plan but later i realised that I would not required this card protection plan so I immediately cancelled the membership the day it got activated. I was also informed that my membership has got cancelled by March 29th 2022 and I'm eligible for full refund of 2499 which will be credited in my account within 7 working days. Right from the 8th day I've started following up for the refund and I have still not received it. It's almost 20 days now and I have to pay my credit card bill by next week. Everyday I call CPP customer care and the constant answer I get is your refund will be initiated as early as possible. I don't Understand when this early would arrive. When activation can happen within seconds after a single click why is cancellation causing so much pressure and stress. I have already filed a complain here on April 8th and there's no action for it yet. Let this be the last call. I need my refund immediately and not as early as possible if not I will take this forward in the legal way. Why are refund policies formulated when they are not being followed. This is so atrocious!
