[Resolved]  CPP Group India — Charge a huge amount for credit card without my knowledge.

On august 22, my credit card statement came with extra 2499₹ for a unknown reason. later i came to know that so call CPP group deduct that for membership policy. I immediately search their cc no and call them to reactivate my membership and refund me, they agreed on that and said that refund will done soon. from 22 august to 9 sep 19 days gone, they dodnt make my money back yet. I have two questions first is for CPP and 2nd one is for SBI. They are

1. How do CPP group deduct my money without my permission.
2. How SBI allow them to deduct my money without my knowledge.
