This email is in reference to the warranty claim made 07/03/2022 for Thomson UD9 102cm 40 inch Ultra HD 4K LED Smart TV
I, Sachin Naik write this email to bring into your notice, that I purchased a Led TV on 27/05/2020 which stopped working on 07/03/2022.
I would like to state that my product is under extended warranty provided by CPP group india partnered with Bajaj finserv, and as per the warranty offered by your company I made a warranty claim on 07/03/2022 but still no one responded back to my claim. The technician has not contacted or visited my place to check the TV. The Bajaj team forced me to purchase a insurance and now not providing a proper service. I am very much disappointed with this unprofessional behaviour.
