This is pallavi bhadange from pune. I saw an entry for rs 1295 in my statement for the card for cpp protection. I would like to mention that i never registered for this service and amount got debited from my card without my consent. I called customer care they ask cpp number and i never received any cpp number.. I also provided proof of account statement where i have been charged for cpp plan where as in reality i never got any cpp number. Their customer. Care executive are so dumb that they don't understand if i have not availed cpp services then how can i have cpp number i wasted 3 hours speaking with but they don't or they want to understand. They just want to loot the money. Cpp is biggest fraud.
