Hello Sir/Madam I am customer of Bajaj Finserv and Recently i bought a Refrigerator using Bajaj Finserv EMI. And Yesterday 'CPP LIV ASSIST IN ECOM TB URBAN" insurance is added in my account without my knowledge. Please Cancel it as soon as possible. I am Sunesh T.S from Thrissur, Kerala. I recently took a personal loan from Bajaj Finserv. The loan account number is LAN-436PTTHA544563. At the time of securing the loan, Bajaj Finserv Salesman did not mention anything about CPP Liv Assist. He just told me that there will be a deduction of Rs.7500 from the entire loan amount. I thought that the deductions would be relating to the Personal Loan. However Rs.8542 was deducted from the loan. Processing Fees Rs.3900, CPP Liv Assist Rs.2999 and Max Bupa Health Insurance premium Rs.1643. Total deduction of Rs.8542.

I don't require both the above policies. I am having deep financial problems. I can not afford to pay premium of the above 2 policies. I request Bajaj Finserv to cancel the above 2 policies and refund the amount.
