I am in receipt of the sms from your system im-ccpast regarding the dispatch of the renewal pack with tracking reference xfas via awb no. F949963 on 10/12/2018. The said document not yet received.
I had called your customer care number [protected] on 28th january 2019 and got the response that the renual pack will be received within 10 working days. Today i again called on the same number, but your service executive does not had any idea about the dispatch of the renewal pack and never made commitment when it is expected to deliver me.
I am totally disappointing to the services from cpp, if the renual pack not received from cpp, you shall cancel the membership card and refund my subscription payment you had deducted from card ending with number 8910.
For the reference my cpp membership number is - ia3522404
Again it is request to cpp to get confirmation from me for the renewal of the membership. This year cpp had not confirmed my consent for the renewal of membership as agreed while getting the new membership that the membership will be renewed only after my consent before 45 days of expiry of membership. You shall consider this email as a request to not continuing the membership after the expiry of the current membership. You shall confirm this request, if not got communication within the month, it will deemed to me confirmed from your side. Was this information helpful? |
