[Resolved] CPP Group India — mobile claim | |||
I vivek kumar my policy no is im2238298 and claim no is 4048302. I submitted all the documents by mail or courier also. They are not intimate single time if i call to customers care they told me to send another pic of mobile with imei no again i send it by mail or courier after submitting all the documents. I call lots of time to customer care they told me to wait for updating of claim status. If i call another time they told me due to late submission of documents your claim is rejected.
