[Resolved] CPP Group India — mobile insurance cheating
I chandra delmar purchased a mobile phone thru baja finance at the the executive explain phone insurance for physical or liquid damage so i paid around rs 2500/-on january 8 2018 i met a minor accident and my mobile was damaged. The moment itself i called cpp india. The executive says that we will send the claim form meanwhile you can pay the repair charges so we will refund it. Then i approached service centre and i paid rs5800-/ on 24jan again i called cpp india stating that i didn't receive any mail them they send the mail along with customer login details. As per their requirements i submitted all the documents both soft and hard copies. On 10feb i got a mail stating that they need self declaration of incident report and damaged phone imie number photo. The same i was sent on 12feb. After 10days i approached cpp india to find out my claim status. They asked me one more document i. E incident report. The executive said that send a mail it is enough on 10march i called again and they said that they need incident report. The same i couriered and it was delivered on 14th march. On 22 march i called them and they said claim was rejected due delay of submitting the documents. They said that the last letter was received on 21st march. Finally they cheated me
