[Resolved] CPP Group India — money debited without my approval for my credit card protection plan | |
I'm a new SBI credit card customer. Without my approval CPP India Credit card protection debitted 1699 rupees from my credit card account. Even I emailed them multiple times regarding the service cancellation and refund but they didn't respond. How can they debit the amount from card without approval? Who is approving them to?
