[Resolved] CPP Group India — nokia 8.1 claim | |
Sorry to say to that this is the worst insurance company i have seen in terms of customer communication and processing the claims. I had an issue with my phone and i have raise the claim immediately after the incident took place and submitted all the required documents and waited for 22 days for the response and called the customer service they say that you need to repair your phone on your own and send the repair bill. I asked him when we approached the outlet from where we purchased the phone he said estimation from nokia care is enough and you need to send the asset along with documents. I did the same. Inspite of waiting for 22days and speaking to them and calling them they are not ready to make the customer understand the issue and they have simply sent back my phone. Instead of saying this as a insurance company we can say in the name of insurance they are betraying the customers Was this information helpful? | |

They charged me without my approval. It happened on 1st of November. It was un asked for. I never approved.
