[Resolved]  CPP Group India — non receipt of refund of 3199 on cancellation of cpp plan on sbi credit card

I was enrolled in cpp plan amounting to 3199 with membership no iaa082334 but i cancelled the plan on 6 sep and received a mail from cpp end stating the cancellation and refund to be processed within 7 working days. But since then 15 days have passed no such refund has reflected in my account but they are saying they processed the refund on 7 sep itself but not giving me any transaction or refund reference no also sent them my last statement and transaction history till date through mail. Kindly take notice and hoping for a quick resolution.
