[Resolved] CPP Group India — not solving problem

My complaint is that he took amc with this company for 3 years for ac. When i contacted the company for servicing (Cooling problem), the company replied for wait for 10-12 days. Again gas filling problem arises in his ac so i have complained to the company, technician visited and they filled the gas in ac. After 3 days of servicing still, the same problem persists (Cooling problem). I want a solution from the company. They will not provide the proper services and also provide the same complain number again.

I have got mail from CPP for submitting documents but I have submitted each document during policy buying process.

First time I called on your customer care number on 28th of July. Now it's 26th of September still my problem not solved.
And instead of solving my problem your team members are asking for documents without any solution. Why are you torching your customers.
Please resolve their problems. This is my humble request to you.

Updated by atulpal I have got this massage that my service is under process will take 2-3 weeks to be solve.
No one visited at my home for checking AC.
