[Resolved] CPP Group India — phone safe insurance | |||
Dear sir, i took phone safe insurance from cpp for my samsung mobile, and i raised claim as my phone was broken, as per cpp customer service representative told me to repair phone first then courier all documents like gst bill service report mobile bill and repair amount was 6, 531/-, before after mobile pics, i submitted all but i didn't got claim in 28 days now after 40 days they given me 5, 531/- only and when i calld their customer service he is saying compusary deduction is 1000 rs but they never told me this before, my membership i'd is im1555285, m attaching all documents which i submitted them Was this information helpful? | |||
