[Resolved] CPP Group India — phone safe insurance cpp | |||
My phone is damaged and i submitted the phone with original bills to cpp office gurgaon. They rejected the claim saying i did not inform them in 24 hours. That time i was outside and don’t know how to claim. So i visited the bajaj office and got information and i waited 6 days to get all the documents they asked for. I submitted the original bills and the phone to their mail address then also it is rejected. Actually they reject the claim. That’s their policy.
