[Resolved] CPP Group India — problem not resolved | |||
I apply pan replacement. And i forwarded the docs through dtdc courier. Tracking status show the delivery on 13 th november. I called cpp assistant customer care if my parcel were delivered. They told me to wait 20 day. And they assured me not to worry and told that your parcel may be delivered. Still they told me to wait for 20 days. After 20 days when i called they told me that we didn't received your docs. What is this yaar. You have to told me earlier when i called 3 or 4 time before. Still after 20 days they asked me to provide me tracking slip. I couldn't provide slip (It lost). So they asked me to provide tracking number which i provide them. They told me to wait for 48 hours. After 48 hours when i called them they told me to email tracking number. Why didn't you told me this before. Just wasting my time again and again. Was this information helpful? | |||
