[Resolved]  CPP Group India — Refund amount

I have cancelled CPP plan on my credit card on 27 Sep and customer executive confirmed that refund will be initiated and will be reflected in my credit card within 7 working days since from the when plan is cancelled. But it is almost 1 month j cancelled the plan but still I have not received refund amount. And whenever calling to customer care they are informing to wait for sometime but not telling the proper date when I will get my refund. I have sent my credit card statement also and not received any update on my refund
