[Resolved] CPP Group India — Refund for membership cancellation

I requested for cancellation of CPP membership and I was informed that the membership has got cancelled on March 29, 2022. It's August 18th now and I have still not received my refund for it. I have already registered a complaint here on April 13 and I keep calling CPP everyday asking about the status of the refund and the only constant answer I get from all the customer care executive is "your refund will be credited as early as possible madam" I have no idea when this early would arrive. I have to pay my credit card due by next week and I am still not gettin a refund from CPP. When CPP membership activation is happening over a single phone call in a single click, why is refund taking so much time like this! This kind of a delay and improper response is so atrocious and making things very stressful. Why do you have to frame a 7 days refund policy when you are anyways not going to follow it. I need my refund immediately and not as early as possible.! Let this be the final call. My CPP membership ID is IAD935440.
