I had cancelled my Cpp plan that was automatically activated by them on 21st September, 2021. The plan amount was to be paid in 3 monthly installments. Cpp customer service told me that the plan has been cancelled. But when I tried to cancel my emi from SBI, they told me that the refund amount has not been received from CPP side and hence cannot be cancelled. I called cpp customer service many times but they give me the same response with no result. How should I escalate the matter.
