[Resolved] CPP Group India — Refund not yet received and amount seems to have been debited again when I asked to cancel my membership | |||
Hi, My Name is Maria Rani Simon And Membership Number: IAC684546 i accidentally activated CPP plan of 2499 on my SBI Card on 15th October and the money was deducted two days later and i called immediately and got my membership cancelled and was assured that i would get a refund in 7 days. But in my statement it's showing that the amount has been deducted again on the day i cancelled and the flexi pay activated on the amount could not be cancelled because the amount is not refunded and the plan is still running. But i called again and CPP customer care still tells me that the member is cancelled. Please provide proof of cancellation and transaction id of the refund if you have done it. If not i would like an enquiry as to why the amount was deducted again and why my plan is still running when i asked explicitly to cancel it. I am attaching all the necessary proof.
