[Resolved] CPP Group India — Request for cancellation of membership and refund of fee
With reference to the captioned subject I, Sujata Pradhan wish to inform that I have several communications with you regarding cancellation of my membership over mail and telephonic conversation. Though I am informed by your customer care executive that my membership has already been cancelled, the refund amount has not been received in my account yet. Today I was informed by your customer support that no amount has been debited from my account and CPP had not received any amount from me. I was asked to produce any kind of proof of the payment.
I am enclosing herewith my credit card account statement as a proof of payment to CPP and requesting you to make the refund at the earliest.
