I the undersigned Praveena Desai, Housewife, residing in Mysore had opened joint SBI Saving account at my native (SBI -0857, green street) Karwar Karnataka along with my mother during Covid times for any emergiences. To my suprise a SBI rupay platinum card is imposed along with CPP plan which I never activated or agreed for. To my suprise I find that every year SBI credit card maintenance fee Inr 350 and CPP service charges of Inr 3199 have been charged and auto debited from my saving account for the last three years. I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have not used the SBI Credit card nor the CPP services since issue as I was not aware of these. Further the amount is auto debited from my SBI saving account for the past three years with out my concern. When I try to contact the CPP they are saying that money will not be refunded nor the plan can be deactivated. Even the request for SBI credit card deactivation is on hold. an amount of Inr 300 is credited to SBI card and not the my SBI saving account from where it was debited. I don't need the credit card not any plans like CPP, as I don't use any credit card, I am helpless and have been levied a total charge of Inr 10, 305 ( 9597 by CPP group India) for the last three years without my concern.
My humble request is to arrange for deactivation of SBI credit card ([protected]) and CPP plan with immediate effect and refund of the imposed money to my SBI saving account.
