[Resolved] CPP Group India — unauthorized plan renewal without prior intimation

I have sent e-mails repeatedly regarding the cancellation of the card protection plan, but no action was taken. I have stopped my credit card and it is no longer active. Since the card is not active and there was no prior intimation of the transaction that was going to happen transaction of 2199 failed.
For your ref my id was ia1576126. This very annoying to keep sending e-mail very 2 months and see no action has been taken.

Updated by Srj0107 It's very difficult to get to the operator to talk. It asks credit card number. As I described earlier it is no long active and I have destroyed it. You may call back again.
