[Resolved] CPP — Hope less service & No response
This is regarding CPP membership. On issuing of SBI credit card, CPP have approached me and promised to provide services like PAN card duplicate issuance as the present one got spoilt.
On 30tj November have sent the courier thru DTCT lite courier vide docket no H25213476. The same was received by them on 2nd December 2021.
As there was no response, have contacted CPP on 6th Jan2022, they have apologized .
Again on 12 th January 2022, called up CPP and spoke to Mr. Kanishk. No information and apologized and requested to send me a mail. The same has been sent and still no response.
Today spoke to Ms Diksha and asked f status, but again apologized and even denied to escalate the matter siting server issues. Till this time no update from them.
Resolution - To return my two years subscription fee and delete my name from the membership.
Attached is the acknowledgement of my docs by CPP .
