[Resolved]  CPP India — Insurance

This is regarding my claim LAN 6LDFSGS44570, It was closed without informing me. When I enquired after one month they told me that it is closed due to non submission of documents. One executive told me to send affidavit on 18th December, I quickly made it and submitted on 21 st December. After trying many times writing to [protected]@cpp, one person called me and telling me that it is onus on my side to enquire, this is strange when i applied for claim I was sure that it will come in a month. But he was teling me that I should have made enquiry and pursue my claim.
1. There was no sms or email to me from insurance partner, cpp groups and bajaj finesery regarding that I need to submit a missing document.
2. All attempt was made from my side after i did not get money in my account.
3. He told me that cpp cant do anything, I did not inform them regarding late submission.
4. I made claim and submission of documents requires final document from service center. Vivo service centre delayed it because of some technical issues but they told me taht they will give document for delay and there will not be any problem.
5. I sent it to cpp.
6. My name on cheque book is Ashutosh Kumar and my full name is Ashutosh Kumar Vishal, . They are telling that this mismatch so my claim was closed. I agree this but the account number which is attached to bajaj finesery and fonesafe from which they have been getting emi for 10 months is same.
7. They should have informed me, when i enquired, I made the affidavit and sent it in three days.
8. There was no email attached to my bajaj finery portal, i updated it few days back.
9. Bajaj finesery, cpp groups and insurance company for fone safe are not transparent, when i write to we care to bajaj they send email and sms to talk to cpp customer care and your query is resolved, when i talked to cpp three times once they told to send affidavit in three days your matter will be resolve d since you did not got mail, other time this gentleman lectured me that it was all my fault. I should have followed up from the day one of submission of the claim.
10. For taking loan, insurance they call me hundred of times, email and sms are sent regularly but for releasing claim money they cant email, sms or call to customer.
