CRA - NSDL — need a duplicate discharge certificate.

My father lt. Padam bahadur chetry, nick name of padam prasad acharya job in assam rifales before independent and also discharge before independent. Ex no is 43615. I'm son chatrapati acharya. I lost his discharge ceritificate. So i kindly request you to provide me a duplicate discharge certificate with mention the discharge date and nick name.
