CraftsVilla — Saree - return product amount not refunded on Back account

I have returned the products in craftsvilla and the amount has been sent to my wallet I don't no why and I have raised a complaints to send the money back to original payment mode the payment was done and customer care team replied in email they won't send the money back to original mode of payment.and I asked If there is such policy in place which says you will not give costumers money back to them and you force them to maintain in your wallet which is not very good and it's democratic country.the customer care number is not working no one is answering calls
