Had ordered (florence pink & black chiffon embroidered saree) order id: r[protected]. The product was not upto the mark.Had requested for refund on the day of delivery. The courier (delhivery) lifted the product from my address and handed me a pickup receipt on 22th aug2017. Checked the portal of delhivery the product has been delivered. But my money isn't refunded yet. Called florence clothing company -surat mr karan chugh, he said to contact craftsvilla. While filing for refund, had given my bank details.
