[Resolved] CraftsVilla.com — refund voucher

I ordered a kurti order no.[protected]. I recieved the product on date 23rd june 2017 but there are some variation and defect in cloth. After that i returned product on 24th june 2017. I have not received my refund from past 1 month. Every time i sent an email they mention we sent you refund voucher.
I want the refund voucher as soon as possible. My mail id: [protected]@gmail.com
