I have purchased a paper silk saree from craze N demand.com online site.But the product was slightly different from that I have expected.The quality of the product is very poor.It was different from that they have showed in the site. I have send mail but no response. Pls let me know where should I have to complained.I have ordered Saree worth 1549 including shipping charge. I want to return the product n please help me in get my money back. So kindly let me know what I have to do for return the product.
