The quality of the saree ordered was different from what I received. The feel, the texture everything was different. Need to have a proper replacement for it.

I have received a wrong product which I have not ordered, I want to return it but there is return option on website and they don't have complaints help line.they are not responding to emails, such a frud company

I was orderd saree the cost is 1550/-rs and they given very much of poor quality product its not values even 200/-rs i complained through email and wats app .even called them but they are not responding and block my numbers and messenger also .this is one way of cheating with customers its fraud company.but in website all fake things they are mentioned easy return policy, replies you with in minutes and 100% best quality .please any one help me regarding this i need my money 1550/- rs .

I have received the ordered material . But it is completely different product what you have displayed in the web site. I would like to return this saree immediately . Kindly help me to return the material and refund the amount as soon as possible.

I ordered a soft silk saree through craze n demand, and received a cheap polyester saree instead.I lost my 1575 rupees.Such cheaters they are.Consumer court should definitely punish these kind of people.My order number is[protected].I want my refund.No response for emails or WhatsApp messages.They don't have phone number.Usually I check reviews, before ordering, this time I missed it and got fooled.

Cannot comment about the product as it is still not received after it was ordered as a gift for birthday, 8 days since it was ordered, no signs of it reaching yet. Birthday has passed and I have made a fool of myself promising it would come on time. Their delivery partner is Xpresbees, which is a disgrace to the English word Express as it is one of the pathetic service that can take upto 15 days to deliver a product from Surat to Bangalore. If you intend to buy a gift for a dear one from craze and demand plan three months ahead as that is the lead time required for craze n demand and their screwed up delivery partner to deliver your product and still not sure about the quality of the product. High time these places shut down for such poor service!!

THEY ARE THE WORST. I ordered a 1550/- rs Saree and a complete mismatch to what is shown in the picture.
They do not reply to emails nor pick up the call.

FRAUD company

The worst product.I received an entirely different product. Very bad quality product. They didnt reply for my complaints via watsapp. The email id provided is invalid. They also didnt pick up the calls.Plz do take immediate action against such frauds.
