CrazeNDemand — wrong product delivery

Dear sir/madam,
I ordered "elegant purple color paper silk embroidered designer saree with blouse piece_files" from crazendemand but the product i received is completely different colored (It is magenta color), i do not like this color and it is useless for me.

So please, i request you to deliver the same saree which i ordered means "elegant purple color paper silk embroidered designer saree with blouse piece_files.

I emailed them these details at"enquiry. [protected]@gmail.com"just after i unboxed the product but still i did not get any support and reply email from them. I also attached images of both product i ordered and the wrong product they delivered to me.

I also called them many times on their customer care number"+[protected]" but no one is picking my calls and many times it is going busy.

Please, accept my request and help me to get the actual product i ordered by replacement of the wrong product.
