I have bought a realme narzo 10 mobile on 28 july 2020 in crazideal.com paid money through google pay rs 11039/-. I hav recieved a mail stating ur order is ready for shipping n in chat with customer care that order will be delivered by 3rd august but none out of them turned out to be true as i didn't recieve my order yet. Please help me regarding this matter
