I ordered for mobile by paying through phone pay amounting to 7499.
I recieved mail for order ready to shipping amd after that order is shipped but i haven't recieved it till today.
I am so much tired.
I saved money from my savings.
This website is fraud and is not working now.
There is no tracking option available.
I lost my money.
I have all the evidences including mail and transaction number

I contacted cyber cell they were like we don't get refund it's lost and asked to give compliant. Let's have hope in God.

I am also have a same issue. I order vivo u10 at Rs. 8270 on 26.07.2020 in crazideal.com but still I didn't get my product. I contact helpline no. [protected] but no one didn't attend call and website shows the site was hacked by some unwanted people these are i don't know real or fake

Please someone help for me

I have registered an fir wither local police station and also filed a complaint with cyber cell authority. I suggest you guys should do the same as well.

Same problem here. I made complaint at https://cybercrime.gov.in/. Complaint is now under process. yourself also can proceed the same.
