Cream Bell.
This is regarding a serious matter which needs attention.I am a regular customer of cream bell icecreams, my family usually eats american bites brick icecream.On 26th June, 2014 i had brought a brick of Cream Bell american bites icecream weighing 309 gm/650 ml having batch no. (M) 21 manufactured in June 2014 which consisted of a hard inappropriate thing folded many times and its texture is like a hardboard paper which was in the brick and caught my attention in midst of consumption.
We always prefer Cream Bell as our first choice in case of icecreams but this was something that caught my attention and forced me to make a complaint.It can be termed as a packing default.
I have preseved the pack in which the thing has been traced.The pack was brought from a cream bell vendor in civil lines, kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.The matter needs immediate actions to be taken so that we customers can continue keeping our loyalty towards the brand.
