Dear Team,
Description: On 15th november i have done a payment of 6908 amount through the CRED app. But the amount is deducted from my account & not credited to my Axis bank credit card. And the transaction is showing failed in cred app. As per the CRED it's need to be refund in between 3 working days, But it's more than 5 Working days(Including the incident day) that amount is nither credit to my account nor credit to my credit card.. And there is not any facility by CRED app to connect customer person to ask him/her regarding the issuse & status.. The services provide to customer care is only chat, where the CRED is not giving proper solution with respect to the problem.. This is really a blunder by CRED APP. I want please Ban this app.
Also after requesting to arrange the call from his team, they are totally ignore it by giving the exucess my network is not reachable. The worst services ever.. Need that proof of when & how many times they they tried to call me.
