Cred — Different Phone number and Payment not reflecting

Dear Sir,
I am Chandrashekar from Bangalore.
A loan has been issued in my name and the CRED app is registered under my son’s name.
My son’s phone number is [protected] and my number is [protected].
I made arrangements to repay the loan installments once it came to my notice. Please find the attached details of payments I have made.
I am getting calls and recovery agent visits to repay the installments despite providing the payment details. They claim the payment has been reversed or partially paid.
I request you to resolve following issues:
1. When I received transaction successful message how payment can be reversed?
2. How can partial payment received when full payment is made?
3. Since CRED App is opened in a different phone number, I don’t have access to CRED App.
Is it possible to change the phone number so that I will be able to make payment from my registered phone number and Bank account?
