[Resolved] Citibank Credit Card — Credit Bureau not showing status Null as per settlement | |
Hello Team, This is in reference to my credit card no. [protected] and Letter ref no. ST110326TH17131756. As per my discussion with Citibank and letter, my account status should show as "Null" in the Credit Bureau so that I do not face any issue in future loan or credit applications. Based on that I paid double amount of my credit, i.e. my credit was for Rs9,000 which turned into Re18729.56 with interest in a span of year and a half roughly. But my loan applications have been rejected thrice in a span of one and half year since it shows that I am a defaulter for the credit card no. Despite agreeing upon all terms and conditions, now I am unable to apply for any loan in HDFC or ICICI banks. I seek help in this matter. Request you to consider this email and my grievance and provide any solution so that I can apply for loan. Please find the attached scan copy of my letter as well.
