I am holding a platinum credit card of your bank. I am in habit of making payment by cheque immediately after receiving your bill in full. Last month I made the same on 31st Oct 2008. Surprisingly my payment has not been reflected in my current statement and in charged withh different charges amounting Rs.4500 (approx). Is this the kid of servise you are giving to your valued customers. Please rectify your bill and help me to clear my dues with your card.

Credit Card — asking amount to pay on the product which is not purchased by me

As my father expiered in october 2007, bank has genetated bill on his name in march 2008 that he has made purchase from gurgaon and asking 2000 rs. with interest till today as on 29th of november 2008 in spite of submmitting all the papers including hid death certificate. and the wrong proof of purchase which is not made by us, which shows someone elses name and credit card no.
After so many requests also they are going on generating bill and asking for money. We went to andheri J.B.Nagar and meet personally to solve but noone is ready to listen and sending us bill every month .
Not giving us any proper answer and harrasing on phone
Please tell us name of higher authority so we can contect them and talk to them, because customer care people not talking to us proprly, not giving us feed bach, and not listing to our problem.

I also received same like these mails which never give money nor prizes only disturbing mails.
Why dont these people cant deduct their charges from the prize money and send us the Prizes.

Sir, a message came to my mobile saying me that u have won 250.000gbp and u contact with ur details to the following address [protected]@hotmail.com. they also contacted me today from mobile no.[protected]. sir ,please say me that it is true or false.SIr my id is [protected]@yahoo.in and my no.is [protected]

Do not believe them. These people are frauds.

Please do not trust the offer made by platinum circle. This is a fraud company giving you false promises over the phone. They will give you gift worth Rs.2000 and charge you Rs.8500 for membership and handling expenses. Very bad experience so far and still looking for resolution. Humble request to stay away from the fraud call over the phone. "No free lunch in the world" - learned very hard way (almost lost my money).

I got one call on 17th Nov. 2012 stating the call has been made from ICICI BABK credit card and my name has been selected by the Bank for number of benefits. A packet containing a watch costing Rs.8500.00 and other benefits will be mailed in your given address. Your are to pay Rs.6999.00 as handling charges. He immediately booked the amount in my credit card by asking details of credit card and also generating a 3D pin from the Bank the procedure of which is well known to him.Thinking that the offer has been made from the Bank I agreed to pay the amount.Further he told that nothing will be charged in the hotel under the scheme. But to my utter surprise it is mentioned in the letter that you have to pay Rs.799.00 and Rs.2500.00 per voucher for national and international holidays respectively. I am yet to receive the packet. I have written to them to refund the amount.

I also got one call from Platinum circle on 28th telling me that they are calling from HDFC bank and I am selected as privileged customer blah blah blah.. . I paid the amount and later on I called customer care and they told me that there is no such offer from bank. I blocked my credit card and asked them to refund the amount. If this does not works out. I will go to consumer court and get my money back. I am planning to charge them as fraud.

I got a call today (Dec, 01, 2012) from Platinum circle. There was a person named Arun. He explained me so called benefits for the product they are offering. It was looking good so I asked him to call me back so that I can check the site and get my confidence in the company to whom I will be paying Rs.6900. But after I came to consumer complaints and saw other complaints. I decided not to go with the offer.
I told him that I will not take this. I should not bound to tell any reason.
Then that guy's tone changed. He was trying to scold on me and making difference on South Indian v/s North Indian.
This thing can not be accepted at any cost whether company and its offer is good or not. If it has such employees you can see what will be the future of company.

After all its my money and I will decide where to invest this.
I would suggest thinking one more time before going with this company's offer.

i also got a call today from platinum circle today giving a lot of benefits by paying approximately Rs 6, 999 against which they will give free hotel stay, free watch, etc . But when i asked them to send me confirmation mail, they refused to do so...then the guy became too harsh and kept the phone down...People beware of such things

I also got a same call from HDFC Bank. Very difficult to believe so I asked him to send same information on my e-mail. He refused so I became suspicious and I think I was lucky.

I got a call today. They said I won the amount as selected customer bcoz I hold platinum card and he is from platinum card company.
These fraudsters sells junk products.

I got a call from this number +[protected] explaining the same benefits. These guys looks very demanding and asking to generate OTP (One time password) via phone or asking to login to platinum circle to make the payment of Rs 6999. Thank god! I checked this site and complaints before making the payments andrejected it. These guys seems to be fraud to me...

Today (25 Dec 12) I got the call from [protected], [protected] this number.
They are offering me the same 4 benefits as mentioned above as an privileged customer of HDFC Bank.
They are saying that you have to enter your Credit Card Number & Date of Expiry over the IVRS & we will not be able to view/get that & this is the safest way to make the transaction.
But after surfing over the web for a while & Checking with the HDFC Customer care... I found that this is totally fake (Thanks for this site & Customer Care as well). They are openly doing a fraud & no-one in the system is aware of that.

I too agree with all the above complaints. I also got call from Platinum circle offering me these 4 benefits. Then he asked me to dial my credit card number for IVRS purpose. As soon as he asked me to do so, I told him that I will not give him my credit card number by any mean because if he was calling me on behalf of HDFC bank, then he should have my credit card details. But he said that they don't have my credit card details, and this payment of 6999 should be done through IVRS. I immediately realized that this company is fraud, and I told him that you guys are fraud. As soon as I told them fraud, he started responding in a very harsh way. Please keep in mind that if they were calling on behalf of any bank, then they would not be harsh at all, irrespective of whatever you tell them. Becoming rude in responding itself shows that they are trying to fool public.

I got a call from PC on Saturday (25/12/2012) and explained me all benefits for more then 45mins as I had too many questions for them. They tried to pressuirize me in all possible corners and I was slowly getting uncomfortable. I asked them to give me 3 days time to think in terms o[censored]suability of the benefits which they are offering. After discussing a lot they said will keep my offer in hold for 3 days as I was reluctently told to offer someone if they canot wait. After 3 days they called me back and explained me all benefits and I had asked me to give me the model number of watch so that i have understanding on it. When I was googling thru internet about the watch it was showing Rs 774/- for which they are quoting 5580/-. I had asked same regarding the huge diffrence and they cudn't answer properly. I understood they are fake people and cheating with some unncessary offers. I told them to call me after 3more days for which they cannot and i asked them to call back eveng so that i can do some homework on this website. Luckily i found this form and understood about these PC fake people. We need to inform large audiences so that they don't get into trap and thes PC guyz don't give suffcient time to think on it.

I got a call from [protected], that customer care executive told many things, like its free card, u can use it hear there, there and many other places . but i told him to stop his non sense talk.

i asked why u called me ?My mobile is register with DND.

Even then these people from platinum circle call daily and do torture.Government have to take immediate action and stop this stupid people, to stop these people toruture and cheating us .

Be Alert Dont Accept this offer its 100 % FRAUD.

But when i told him give me a time to think about it. He pressurizing me . " App ko to sub detail bata diya ab kya daikh na hai". then i said. web site daikhna hai or card ka naam bhi. Then he put the phone in angry mood.
