[Resolved]  Samsung India E Store — Payment failure on samsung india Estore

I did transaction using HDFC BANK CREDIT card of 15561rs from Samsung India e store to buy Samsung mobile and the transaction was Failed.
Above amount was deducted from my account.I contact to hdfc bank they told me that transaction was Approved.than again i contact to Samsung customer care , they told me that transaction was failed and for payment reversal you will have to wait 15-21 days.Today more than 21 days had gone but still i didnt get refund.

Samsung e Store is cheating customers by giving wrong specification of the products on your website they are not specific what they are selling and write.. I am victim of such cellulous attitude of them. They are not willing to accept that fact and they are refusing to take back the product. I have lost money because of that. I sincerly requesting customer not to buy anything from Samsung estore.
Its is extreemly Frustrating that estore restricts the purchase limit based on pincode...
I'm not able to make payment exceediing 25000/-
when i've enquired this with customer care, they are making excuses by asking me to specify an alternative delivery address..???
what does this mean? does estore expects the user to make delivery of costlier items to someone else's address, or change customers residence just for the sake of estore purchaase???

Kind request to remove such resttriction...
I booked a Samsung Tab 3 T311 on 27th July Order no: 1165930, but the product has not been shipped yet, when I rang the customer service they say that the product is out of stock. When I asked them to cancel the order they say that it will be cancelled within 24-48 hours, but they do not cancel the order I am struck with these hopeless group of people. What a shame that Samsung does not have stock of its own products launched recently. If the product is out of stock, why doesn't the website show that the product isn't in stock.

Never buy anything from Samsung estore

No money back from samsungestore
My name rajiv naryani. I had ordered galaxy S6 from estore and they to give me free wireless charger + cashback. Now it been 6 months no cashback and every month i pay extra money. they cheat me.

Make his to call and problem ok in 3 days
