Cibil service request:[protected]/04/2017 I have seen the worst customer service from cibil. I have paid rs 1200 online for 4 reports per year on 4th feb 2017 but subscription is not showing in portal. When i called them they said they will generate and send it to email address while generating they have generated for one report (Rs 550) instead of rs 1200. They informed call us again after few months if you want to generate one more report. Whenever i call them they say their server is down, i am unable to generate new report. I called them on 28th april 2017, executive was telling me, i have paid only rs 550. I had to share the bank statement to prove them but still report is not generated. They dont keep track of customer call details in their records, i dont know how accurate is their data about consumers records. I am planning apply for loan but they are unable to give me the report, it is pathetic. They disconnect call if they cannt give info and say system problem. Govt should do something for these private people who simply harass people for no reason. Anyone know how do i proceed to fix this issue. The password to view your CIBIL report is the first four alphabets of your name as appearing in the on-line application form in lower case and year of birth. For e.g.: If the given name is Arun Kumar & year of birth is 1985, the password will be arun1985 If the given name is A. Kumar & year of birth is 1985, the password will be akum1985 If the given name is Dr Arun Kumar & year of birth is 1985, the password will be arun1985 Regards, Team CIBIL" Verified Support May 04, 2017 Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] Customer Care's response We want to requested for your consent to refund entire 1200/- please give us the consent and can reapply after.
