I am facing lot of problem regarding my cibil reports. My cibil reports intermix with another personality who lives in delhi.

The my name.

I am shocked when i apply for loan in bank of india bank manger is told me your cibil score is very poor in my cibil report showing lot of loan and credit card allotted. I have never taken any lone which showing in my cibil report.
Since i am facing lot of problem. As per cibil report
Bank had not grant me loan as per cibil report.
I request you kindly help in this issue.
