Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — fake inquiry for my account with name "not disclosed"

Address:New Delhi, Delhi

So many fake inquiry is done in my account by HDFC bank and I never applied for such loans. Today I have raised dispute no. CDS[protected]. Rate of Interest for Business loan was 18% but Internally calculated 20.5% and moreover they withdrawn the amount from my account without any authentication (Which is a crime U/S 406.Court Case is pending.

Sir my PAN no AVEPS0496H, any where I apply for consumer loan through this pan no suddenly Cibil score show very low, i[censored] see repost of debt they are showing pending emi of credit card, but that bank showing wrong debt, it is not my mistake
