[Resolved]  Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Made payment online but no confirmation

I requested for cibil score paid 550 using my credit card they deducted the money and after that I got error stating technical error.my name is nazeem contact number [protected].there is serious cover here or its a scam...I have seen similar complaints for the same.if not resolved within 48 hours I hAve to escalate this to my lawyer...it's not matter of money but professionalism.

If you fail the authentication, you need to upload scanned copy of your identity and address proof on CIBIL’s website https://www.cibil.com/submitpersonaldocs/consumerkycUpload.action (subject to the documents being as per our KYC norms) to receive printed report via express delivery in 7 business days.

I have made the Payment and got the technical error. "REGRET THE INCONVENIENCE, YOU HAVE REACHED A PAGE THAT DOES NOT EXIST OR HAS BEEN MOVED" Please let me know what to do next ?
Hi Sir my name is parimi venkata rao for applying cibil i paid 2 times through online of Rs 1200/- each time on 16/12/16 & 17/12/16 but after the payment the site as erron / declined. No authentication process completed. can u please resolve with regard to CIBIL website. my mail id parimivenkatarao.[protected]@gmail.com and ph no [protected]. please resolve it.
