I am Dr. Mohd saleem Itoo from Srinagar. I had applied for housing loan facility from jammu and kashmir bank branch Govt Medical college Branch srinagar as a cobarrower for purchase of a flat at jammu. I have already availed a housing loan facility from SBI bank for my house. Before sanctioning the loan for flat executives of JK bank Checked my CIBIL score and status which is showing a suit against my housing loan account. So they rejected my loan application . the fact is that in addition to my monthly instalments i have paid/ credited more than nine lacs to my loan account. I want to file a case of defamation against CIBIL. As they have put my reputation at stake. Was this information helpful? | |||
