[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — My cibil account asking SMS verification on old decade phone number and not allowing to view my cibil score
I used to Subscribe my CIBIL Report by paying yearly Subscription fee. Recently I can't log in into my CIBIL Account as after login, I was asked SMS verification on my decade old mobile number which I used in Delhi while I was working almost a decade ago. After that, I started working in my home town in Tripura and was not not using the SIM as that time ROAMING Charge was very High.
Recently I have emailed to CIBIL(Transunion), and I have received the reply saying that phone number can't be changed which was given during initial registration decade back.
Now I would like to request TransUnion CIBIL Account, Kindly give me chance to view my CIBIL SCORE disabling on SMS verification or enabling Email Verification or allowing updating mobile number by AADHAAR Verification.
Otherwise it will be a kind of denial Service and Looting consumer after taking subscription fee.
Otherwise I have to seek help for Consumer Court.
