Dear sir As i have settled the credit card account with j m financial arc card (S) no :[protected] but in my cibil report still shows an outstanding which is effecting my cibil score for no reason. As j m financial arc had given a letter for fully settled vide dated 19/12 2012 and the copy will be attached herewith. Kindly clear the matter as early as possible as it is effecting me for wrong reason. Hope you will do the needful and clear the same.
