CreditMantri — they cant solve my problem

Im already taking there subscription plan... There customer care service person 'sai sudarshan' is told to me with in 2 days we will send 'dcb credit' card to ur address... And also they said my sbi negitive account was decreased to 50% of discount, they cant send credit card, and also they cant decrease my sbi card amount, still 4 weeks, so many times im calling there customer was listen my number and put in block list in my number, why your company is cheating to customers, please solve my problem immiediatly...
