Crizal — Bad spectacles lens quality

Hi,

I bought 2 spectacles from the titan eye plus outlet in kukatpally. Both premium brands and above rs. 12000 /-. One was ck containing nikon lens and another tommy hilfiger containing crizal. The nikon lens is in perfect quality even after 8 months. However, the crizal one became almost unwearable after only 6 months o[censored]sage. It's full of scratches. Today, i.E. 17th april 2016, when i went to the shop to show them the lens they absolutely brushed of everything that it was my fault as it all depends upon my usage. I've been using spectacles since my childhood and don't need advice from anyone on how to use them. In the past i've bought lenses from gkb and never faced any such issues, but this was ridiculous! Moreover these lenses were already not in a very good condition when i first bought them. I'll never buy lenses from any titan plus outlets and that too of crizal in the near future. Absolutely frustrated by the quality!
