[Resolved] Crizal — coating cracked vision not clear | |||
I have made crizal glasses obtaining power -4.5 with index 1.67 before 10 months from kiki care, surat. At the time of purchase the optician told me about the benefits &assurity of product. But i am totally disappointed with the product because in just 10 months the vision of glass have blurred. I have complained about it to the optician. They told me may be coating of glass is damaged, so product was sent to higher centre. After a few days they answered me that company rejected your claim because u have purchased it before 11 month and at present crizal have one plus one scheme, so your complain can not be resolved. I felt i was cheated totally by the company or optician. Why should i have to waste such a huge amount on this product when company is not taking responsibility of product in just one year.
