I hv purchased crizal v forte transtition lens from verma optical karol bagh delhi on dt 06/12/2016 after fifteen days scratch mark on glass when i give it to verma optical he say that i send to this to company for replcament. on dt 18/01/2017 he refused that crizal company not replace this lens. what benifit of high cost lens that crizal say that scratch proof. dont buy crizal lense. next time i dont buy crizal lense. The optical showroom from where the lenses are made, is not changing my crizal lenses. So I request u to change my lens.
